You can reset your password at https://portals.privalgo.co.uk/auth/login.
Enter your email address and you’ll receive an email from us to reset your password:
If you don’t receive this within 60 seconds, check your spam or junk mail.
Click the ‘reset password’ button and you’ll be directed to this page to authenticate your identity.
Choose whether you’d like to use the Authy app, or whether you’d like to use an alternative authentication method, such as an SMS code.
Once you’ve authenticated your account, you’ll be prompted to reset your password. Make sure you choose a secure password.
