Where can I download payment confirmations or statements?

  1. Head to the 'Payment’ tab in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click ‘Trade History’.
  3. Select your desired payment.
  4. Click ‘Download’ in the bottom right corner of the screen to download your confirmations.
