Try the following:
- Refresh your browser or try logging out and back in.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Switch to a different browser (Chrome or Edge recommended).
- Disable any browser extensions that might be interfering.
If you don’t want to clear your cache and cookies, please try opening the Platform in an incognito window instead.
If you’re using Google, you can do this by clicking the three circles in the top right corner of your screen and selecting ‘New Incognito Window’.
If you’re using Bing or Microsoft Edge, click the three circles in the top right corner of the screen and choose ‘New InPrivate Window’.
If issues persist, raise a support ticket below and include a screenshot where possible.
